Overview

We invite you to submit abstracts for presentation at the Asia Pacific Histocompatibility & Immunogenetics Association (APHIA). This conference provides an excellent platform to share your research, exchange ideas, and network with colleagues from around the world.

Quick Start: Register in our system to receive login credentials, then access My Page to submit your abstract. Payment is not required until after your abstract is accepted.

Important Information

Abstract submission does not require payment.

After registering in the registration system, you will receive an email with your login ID, password, and a credit card payment URL. If you are submitting an abstract, you can ignore the payment URL - simply login to My Page with your ID and password to submit your abstract.

Payment is only required after your abstract has been accepted for presentation.

Submission Categories

All abstracts must be submitted under one of the following six topic areas:

1. Solid Organ Transplantation
2. Haematopoietic Cell Transplantation
3. Immunogenetics
4. Cellular Therapy
5. Bioinformatics
6. Infection and Immunity

Presentation Formats

Oral Presentation

Selected abstracts will be presented in oral sessions. Presentation time will be 15 minutes including Q&A.

Poster Presentation

Poster presentations will be displayed during designated poster sessions. Poster size: A0 (841mm × 1189mm) portrait orientation.

Note: You may indicate your preference (Oral or Oral/Poster), but the final format will be determined by the Scientific Committee based on the quality and relevance of submissions.

Note: Supporting materials are may not appear in the final program

How to Submit

Register

Complete registration in the registration system

Receive Email

Get ID, password, and payment URL (ignore payment URL for abstract submission)

Login & Submit

Login to My Page with ID/password and submit your abstract

4

Pay After Acceptance

Complete payment only after notification on March 27, 2026

Registration and Payment

For Abstract Presenters:
  1. Register in the registration system
  2. You will receive an email with:
    • Login ID and password for My Page
    • Credit card payment URL (you can ignore this)
  3. Login to My Page using your ID and password
  4. Submit your abstract
  5. Wait for acceptance notification (March 27, 2026)
  6. Complete payment only after your abstract is accepted

Important: Payment must be completed after acceptance to have your abstract included in the final program and to present at the conference.
